If you live in California and work in the food service industry, the California Department of Public Health requires you to have a California Food Handlers card. Having this card ensures you are fully compliant with California law. Additionally, all retail food facilities must have at least one Certified Food Protection Manager (CFPM). Our training program will satisfy the California food handler requirements with the exception of San Bernardino and Riverside Counties.
